Fair Use Policy

Purpose

Unlimited membership provides priority access, not unrestricted continuous bay ownership. These rules keep peak-time availability fair for every member while leaving off-peak play genuinely unlimited. They apply to our unlimited (Foundation) membership; other tiers are governed by their included monthly hours.

Peak hours

Peak hours are Monday to Friday from 17:00 until close (Luxembourg time). All other times — including the full weekend — are off-peak.

• Off-peak: unlimited. Book as much as availability allows.
• Peak: up to 3 sessions per week.
• Peak: up to 2 hours per day.

Booking controls

• One active booking at a time. Play or cancel your current booking before making the next, so bays aren't held in advance.
• Recurring weekly slot privileges are subject to approval and availability.
• Automated anti-hoarding controls and abuse detection apply.

No-shows

Please cancel if your plans change so the bay can be released. 3 no-shows within 30 days will pause your booking ability for 7 days. Repeated no-shows may lead to further restrictions.

Enforcement

The 19th may issue warnings, suspend privileges, or terminate access for repeated abuse or policy violations. We may adjust these limits over time and will publish any changes here.
