Standard Bookings

• More than 48h before start: refundable or creditable.
• Less than 48h before start: non-refundable.
• No-show: non-refundable.

Package Sessions

• More than 48h before start: session credited back to package.
• Late cancel or no-show: session deducted/lost.

Membership Sessions

• More than 48h before start: no penalty.
• Late cancel: penalty fee may apply.
• No-show: penalty fee may apply.
