Bookings & pricing
01
How much does it cost to book a golf simulator at The 19th?
The 19th uses peak and off-peak pricing. Off-peak (Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 and all weekend) starts at €26 for a 30-minute session and €52 for one hour. Peak hours (Monday–Friday from 17:00) are €41 for 30 minutes and €82 for one hour. A 10-hour package costs €250 off-peak or €300 peak and is valid for 12 months. Bays are priced per bay, not per player, and accommodate up to 4 players; equipment rental is available on site.
02
Can I book for less than an hour?
Yes. Bays are sold in 30-minute blocks, so you can book 30 minutes, an hour, or longer.
03
How far in advance can I book?
You can book online up to 30 days in advance. Members get priority booking and can reserve further ahead depending on their tier.
04
How many players can share a simulator bay?
Each bay comfortably accommodates up to 4 players in one session, and pricing is per bay rather than per player. Larger groups can book multiple bays — contact us for corporate or private-hire arrangements.
05
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome, but priority goes to reservations. To be sure of a bay, book online or call ahead at +352 661 318 892.
06
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled under the terms of the active refund policy and the specific product purchased. See our Refund Policy for specifics.
Simulator & facility
01
What simulator technology do you use?
Our bays run ProTee VX by ProTee United — a camera-based simulator system that uses overhead cameras to capture full shot data (ball speed, spin, launch angle, and club path) and projects an extensive library of world-famous courses. There are no wearable sensors or markers to attach; you simply step in and swing.
02
Do I need to know how to play golf to book?
No. The simulator guides you through each shot and most first-time visitors are up and playing within minutes. Beginner-friendly group experiences are welcome. If you would like structured coaching, our PGA-certified academy offers individual and group lessons.
03
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
No. Equipment rental is available on site at no extra charge, and we supply clubs for lessons. You are welcome to bring your own clubs if you prefer.
04
Do you have a bar, and can I watch live sport?
Yes. Alongside the simulator bays, The 19th has a full bar and kitchen and screens showing major sporting events — so you can combine a round on the simulator with food, drinks, and watching the game. It is a sports bar and social club as well as a golf venue.
Lessons & academy
01
Do you offer golf lessons in Luxembourg?
Yes. Our academy offers PGA-certified coaching for all levels, from a first lesson to competition preparation. Individual and group lessons and multi-session packs are available. See the Lessons page for current options and pricing.
02
Can beginners book a bay without a lesson?
Yes — but a guided "Discover" session is often a better first visit, because a coach helps you get set up and comfortable on the simulator before you play on your own.
Membership
01
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. Membership tiers include priority booking, member rates, recurrent slots, and invitations to member-only events. See the Membership page for current tiers and pricing.
Events & food
01
Can you host corporate events, team-building, or private parties?
Yes. The 19th hosts corporate events, team-building, birthdays, and private parties, with multi-bay group bookings for larger numbers. Contact us at info@the19golf.com or +352 661 318 892 to arrange a private event.
02
Is there a minimum spend?
No minimum. The bar and kitchen are open whether you play or not.
