At the bay

How it works

Everything you need to start playing on a simulator bay, in five steps.

1. 1

   Have a booking? Check in at the bay

   You can check in from 30 minutes before your start time. Type the 6-digit check-in code from your booking confirmation email on the bay screen and tap Check in.

   Members with their own permanent code: the screen then asks for your member number. The digits are enough (for example 115). Tap Confirm.

2. 2

   No booking? Walk in

   If the bay screen shows Available, scan the Walk-in QR code with your phone. Enter your name and email and authorise your card (up to 2 hours). The bay checks you in straight away, and you only pay for the time you actually play.

3. 3

   Choose your game

   Once you're checked in, pick a game on the bay screen (GS Pro, Awesome Golf or ProTee Labs, depending on the bay) and tap to launch it. Your countdown shows how much time is left.

4. 4

   Want more time? Extend

   Tap Extend +30 min on the bay screen. You can only extend if the next slot is free. Extra time is charged per 15 minutes played: from your membership minutes if you have them, otherwise by invoice or a payment link sent to your booking email.

5. 5

   Finishing

   Your session ends on its own at the booked time. You'll see a reminder 10 and 5 minutes before the end. Leaving early? Tap End session twice. The bay is freed for other players and the remaining time isn't refunded.
